FAQ

Booking (Cost, Events, Vouchers)

"How does booking work?"

You can make a reservation through our reservation system.

The reservation takes only a minute. You can easily track and change it as you wish. You can also call us or email us if you need assistance.

"What is a public escape room?"

We have 7 or 8 available spots per game in our escape rooms. A public game means that other players may join your game in case you have booked less than the maximum number of players.

Private games can be purchased as well which guarantees an experience only with your team.

"How much does it cost and how should I pay?"

Public games are $39 per person, and private games are $44 per person.

You will be prompted for payment when making the reservation. You can pay online conveniently using your debit or credit card.

"Is my reservation OK? How do I know?"

After making the reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need.

If you do not get a confirmation email, please contact us at lasvegas@paniqroom.com.

"What happens if my voucher's promotional value expires?"

In case of a purchased coupon:
After the expiration date printed on your coupon, its promotional value expires, but you can still redeem it at the PanIQ Room for the amount paid.

For example, if you paid $99 for a coupon redeemable for a $149 ticket, that coupon is still valid for $99 worth of ticket. Our system will accept your reservation, and you will have to pay the $50 difference at the door in order to play.

"I would like to surprise someone with an 'escape' as a gift! How can I do that?"

You can purchase a gift voucher for your recipient conveniently online, here.

You can either print or send the voucher to the recipient, and its voucher number can be applied to the reservation when booking online.

"The number of participants showing up may differ from the number that was booked. Is this a problem?"

No, it's not. In this case you don't need to call us. It's okay if we learn the final number of your group at the door.

You will be asked to pay by credit or debit card for the additional players at the door.

Travel (Parking, CTA, Restaurants)

How do I find the store?

PanIQ Room Las Vegas is located inside the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. We’re next to the famous Atomic Saloon Show, on the mezzanine level (3rd floor), Palazzo side of the Shoppes.

For video directions inside the mall & resort, please check out the videos below:
- from Palazzo Self-Park Garage
- from Venetian Self-Park & Valet Garage
- from St Mark Square at the Grand Canal Shoppes
- from The LOVE Sign at Palazzo's Waterfall Atrium
- from The Poker Room at the Venetian Casino

To find your way, look for the LOVE art installation—steel ruby red letters that rise 12 feet tall—near the Waterfall Atrium:

Love Sign at The Venetian

If you’re at the LOVE installation on the casino level, take the elevator to the 2M floor and you’ll see PanIQ Room when the door opens.

If you see the LOVE installation while you’re on the retail level, take the escalator up one floor and PanIQ Room will be to your right.

Address: 3325 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 (Google Maps | Apple Maps)

You can also check out the Grand Canal Shoppes store directory here.

"Where do I park?"

You can park in the self-park garage of the Palazzo for free and take the elevators up to the Retail level from there.

"When should I arrive?"

All groups are asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to their reserved time. It takes about 15 minutes to travel from the Resort’s parking lot to our location. Your booking begins 15 minutes prior to the start of your game to allow for a check in, a quick overview of the escape room process, storing your belongings in a locker, and using the restrooms, if needed.

If you arrive after the 15-minute mark, even if it is before the start time of your game, we may not be able to give you the full allotted time to make your escape. Your game clock begins promptly at the scheduled start time!

"Do you have a bar?"

Our lounge & bar area is open, where currently we are serving refreshing soft drinks.

Soon we'll also serve thematically appropriate signature cocktails or classic drinks while you navigate the boundaries between reality and fantasy.

Policies (Cancellations, Rescheduling, Age Restrictions)

"What's the age policy at PanIQ Room?"

Children under the age of 8 are not permitted.

Children ages 8-14 must be in a privately booked room with their group, and at least one player must be over 18.

Players ages 15-17 must have an adult (over 18) present upon check in to sign a waiver, but are able to play without an adult in the room.

No players under the age of 21 are allowed at the bar.

The staff at PanIQ Room reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Exceptions:

The Morning After is an 18+ room. No players under the age of 18 are permitted. A photo Identification will be required for all players upon check-in for this room.

"What is your cancellation & reschedule policy?"

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for cancellations and no shows.

Rescheduling 48 hours in advance is complementary one time. Late arrival fees will apply if a rebooking occurs more than once.

"How do I cancel the reservation?"

You can cancel your reservation by replying to your original confirmation email and letting us know that you'd like to cancel. However, we encourage you to reschedule because there are no refunds applied to canceled reservations.

If you wish to reschedule your reservation, you can do it one time at least 24 hours prior to your original reservation time by replying to your original confirmation email telling us your new preferred date and time.

"What if we can't show up after paying online?"

We're sorry, but there will be no refunds issued for no shows or cancelled reservations.

In case of a voucher payment, the voucher number entered online will be automatically marked as redeemed after making a reservation.

You do have one option to reschedule your game at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

"What if we're late for our private game?"

Your game begins precisely at the time you reserved. Unfortunately, if you are late we might have to deduct time from your game or apply a late fee.

Please keep in mind that you have to arrive at the resort 30 minutes before your starting time. This will ensure you get the full game time in your room.

Rescheduling due to a late arrival (5 minutes into game start time) might be subject to a $5 per person late surcharge.

Arriving 30 minutes after a game is scheduled to start will be considered a “no show” and the reservation will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

If you notify us by phone that you will be late, we will do our best to wait or accommodate a new time for you.

"What if we're late for our public game?"

When booking a public room, if your group arrives late, the team who has arrived on time reserves the right to play immediately at the start time.

We do our best to give a five-minute grace period, but we cannot guarantee entry if you are late to a public game in order to not interrupt the experience for other guests who have booked the same public room. In case of a late arrival, we reserve the right to assess a late surcharge ($5/player) and you may be asked to rebook for a later time.

Once the gameplay for a public room has started, no other teams will be permitted to join the group.

Please keep in mind that you have to arrive at the resort 30 minutes before your starting time. This will ensure you get the full game time.

Games (Difficulty, Group Size, Duration)

"How long does it take to finish the game?"

It depends on your performance. When the game starts, you have 45 minutes to escape, so the game never lasts more than 45 minutes plus preparation (10-15 minutes).

"What is a public escape room?"

We have 7 or 8 available spots per game in our escape rooms. A public game means that other players may join your game in case you have booked less than the maximum number of players.

Private games can be purchased as well which guarantees an experience only with your team.

"Any suggestions before we start the game?"

In order to ensure an uninterrupted fun experience, if possible, please use the restroom and mute or power off your cell phone before entering the PanIQ Room game area.

"What's the ideal group size for an escape room?"

The most compelling and exciting adventure games usually occur with groups of 4. If your group is smaller you can still play the game but your experience will not be the same. Generally, the smaller the team, the harder the game.

The maximum number beyond which we will not allow the game to be played is 7 or 8 people.

"There are more than 8 of us and we would like to play together. Can we do that?"

The minimum number of players we allow is 2 people, and the maximum number we allow is 8 people.

We do not allow more than 8 people in one room at the same time, but you are more than welcome to get some more friends and play in two different rooms!

"What is the difference between the rooms?"

They differ in their story, mood, design, size, difficulty and objectives. Each one is unique and offers a different experience. The goal remains the same: "Escape!" We are keeping the rest a secret for now!

Please check out the room profiles in the Escape Rooms menu.

"The number of participants showing up may differ from the number that was booked. Is this a problem?"

No, it's not. In this case you don't need to call us. It's okay if we learn the final number of your group at the door.

You will be asked to pay by credit or debit card for the additional players at the door.

Accessibility & Health Concerns

"Is this facility handicap accessible?"

All of our games are handicap accessible, although you might not experience the game to its fullest.

If you have any questions regarding handicap accessibility please email us.

"Are there any health conditions that would prevent a player from playing the game?"

Our aim is not to scare people. In special cases our guests should notify us in advance, so we can take out a couple of "sudden surprises" that raise the adrenaline levels or suggest the best room for them.

However, the game generates excitement and if you can't stand it you should not play!

If you still need assistance, please contact us.
